Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Perishable items (like food or treats), grooming items, or used pet accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@furrytailskolkata.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you can ship the product to our warehouse address (shared via email).

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to credited within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
